Van der Vlist recently transported two tanks of nearly 6,00 diameter and 24.500 kgs each from the North of Spain to Poland on a gearless charter vessel. Arriving at the seaport in Poland, the cargo was taken by barge to a barge port in Poland. Transshipment took place by two mobile cranes in tandem, under the supervision of our own surveyor. From there, the tanks were transported to their final destination by road during the night. Van der Vlist was able to deliver a complete door-to-door service, including all steps in between with multi-modal transport, transshipments, etc.
