Marseille Fos agrees new Distriport logistics project 

Paris-based logistics park developer Virtuo has signed an agreement with the Marseille Fos port authority for construction of a multi-user facility of almost 70,000m² at Distriport, close to the Fos container terminals. Distriport is the larger of two logistics zones at Fos, with 360,000m² of warehousing currently operational out of a total building capacity of 575,000m².  Meanwhile occupancy at the 364,000m² capacity La Feuillane zone currently represents 149,000m² of available warehouse space.
