The German trailer manufacturer Goldhofer has just acquired a 30,000 m2 site in Nürtingen to relocate its Airport Technology production facility in Ostfildern. Construction of the new plant is scheduled to begin in 2020 for delivery in 2022.
“ As part of our global growth strategy in the Airport Technology division, we continue to focus on bundling our production capacities in Germany with our twin locations in Memmingen and Ostfildern or, in future, Nürtingen. That is the key to maintaining the consistently high quality of our ground support vehicles and creating the capacities needed to achieve our targets for future growth,” says Lothar Holder, Member of the Board at Goldhofer AG with responsibility for Airport Technology.
