The groupe Kiloutou just announced the acquisition of the rental public works specialist Seralfe. This firm, based in Madrid, has 20 employees and a fleet of more than 1600 machines, mostly wheeled loaders, excavators and small equipment for craftspeople, Small and Medium Enterprises as well as national key accounts of Construction and Industry and public works. That’s the fourth Spanish acquisition for Kiloutou after Rentecnika in 2015, Alvecon in 2016 and CTC de Maquinaria in 2017.
According to the Kiloutou’s CEO Olivier Colleau, « this acquisition is in keeping with Kiloutou’s worldwide development strategy, which particularly aims to consolidate our position on high growth potential markets. It allows us to reinforce our presence on Madrid’s dynamic market and illustrates our capabilities to bring together quality-assured regional stakeholders with a strong local base around our development project ».
